Skill Recorder is a browser extension that captures user-driven browser flows and distills them into portable SKILL.md files for use with AI agents. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time.

• Record or automate flows in violation of a website's Terms of Service or robots.txt directives.
• Use Skill Recorder to collect personal data about individuals without their consent.
• Use the Service to engage in any illegal activity, including unauthorized account access, spam, or fraud.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the extension without permission.

Skill Recorder is currently free during beta. Paid plans may be introduced in the future with advance notice. We reserve the right to modify feature scope and pricing with reasonable notice.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that distilled SKILL.md outputs will replay correctly on every website. Browser flow replay depends on the structure of third-party websites, which may change without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skill Recorder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, reliance on replayed flows, or legal claims arising from your recording activities.
